- Mechanism of action
- Their low molecular weight peptides cross the blood-brain barrier and mimic the endogenous neurotrophic factors NGF, BDNF, and GDNF. They promote neuronal survival, neuroplasticity, and neurogenesis.

- 5–30 ml IV or IM daily for 10–28 days.
- Reported adverse effects
- Headache, dizziness, mild nausea. Reactions at the injection site. Rarely: confusion.
