- Mechanism of action
- Activates the telomerase enzyme in somatic cells, promoting the elongation of telomeres and delaying cellular senescence. Regulates gene expression through epigenetic effects (DNA methylation) and normalizes the pineal-hypothalamic-pituitary axis.

- 5–10 mg subcutaneously daily for 10–20 days, repeat every 6 months.
