Mechanism of action
Potent agonist of the GHS-R1a receptor. Unlike Ipamorelin, it significantly stimulates the release of ACTH and prolactin. It acts on the hypothalamus and inhibits somatostatin.
Reported research ranges
100–300 mcg subcutaneously, 2–3 times a day on an empty stomach.
Reported adverse effects
Marked increase in appetite, elevation of cortisol and prolactin, water retention, tingling, fatigue.
Storage and handling
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C when reconstituted. Powder is stable at room temperature for up to 24 months.
