- Mechanism of action
- Potent agonist of the GHS-R1a receptor. Unlike Ipamorelin, it significantly stimulates the release of ACTH and prolactin. It acts on the hypothalamus and inhibits somatostatin.
- Reported research ranges
- 100–300 mcg subcutaneously, 2–3 times a day on an empty stomach.
- Reported adverse effects
- Marked increase in appetite, elevation of cortisol and prolactin, water retention, tingling, fatigue.
- Storage and handling
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C when reconstituted. Powder is stable at room temperature for up to 24 months.
