- Mechanism of action
- Highly potent agonist of the GHS-R1a receptor. Additionally, it activates GH-independent CD36 receptors in cardiac tissue, promoting cardioprotection and ventricular function.

- 100–200 mcg subcutaneously, 2–3 times a day on an empty stomach.

- Elevation of cortisol and prolactin, increased appetite, water retention, desensitization with prolonged use.
