- Mechanism of action
- It binds to IGF-1R receptors with higher affinity and lower binding to IGFBP proteins, resulting in increased bioavailability. It activates the PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways, promoting muscle hypertrophy, protein synthesis, and satellite cell differentiation.

- 20–80 mcg intramuscularly post-training. No more than 4 continuous weeks.
