- Mechanism of action
- It binds to the KISS1R (GPR54) receptor on GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus, stimulating the pulsatile release of GnRH and the subsequent secretion of LH and FSH by the pituitary gland. It increases gonadal production of testosterone and estradiol.

- 50–250 mcg subcutaneously once or twice daily.
- Reported adverse effects
- Transient warmth, facial flushing, increased libido. Generally well tolerated.

- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C after reconstitution.
