Mechanism of action
The E peptide of MGF directly activates muscle satellite cells independently of the IGF-1R receptor, stimulating their proliferation and differentiation. It acts as a local signal for muscle damage and repair.
Reported research ranges
100–200 mcg intramuscularly in the worked muscle, immediately post-training.
Reported adverse effects
Generally well tolerated. Possible mild hypoglycemia, local discomfort.
Storage and handling
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C after reconstitution. Highly sensitive to degradation.
