Dual agonist of the GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) and GLP-1 receptors. It simultaneously activates both receptors, enhancing insulin secretion, reducing glucagon, suppressing appetite, and promoting energy expenditure.

2.5 mg subcutaneously per week (initial), escalating to 15 mg/week.
Reported adverse effects
Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation. Similar to semaglutide but with greater efficacy.
