What does a "revoked" code mean?
A code is marked revoked if we've withdrawn its record after issuance — for example, if a unit was recalled, mislabeled, or pulled from circulation. If your code comes back revoked, treat it as no longer valid.
My code returns "not found." What should I do?
Double-check the code against your printed label for a transcription error — codes aren't case-sensitive, but everything else needs to match exactly. Still stuck? Reach out to our team with your code and, if you have one, a photo of the label.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis is our independent lab's report on a batch — the tests performed, the specification each one was measured against, and whether it passed, failed, or is still pending. See our science for how these are produced.
Can I purchase a product through this site?
No — Synedica is a medicine safety and documentation resource, not a storefront. The site exists so that a unit can be checked against its record. We don't process orders, payments, or shipping here.
