Our Science
Quality evidence for every formulation we release.
Analytical testing is performed by an independent third-party analytical laboratory — not us. The methods below describe how identity and purity are assessed; the specific tests applied to a given batch are listed on that batch's Certificate of Analysis.
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
HPLC
Used to quantify active ingredient concentration against reference standards and detect related-compound impurities within a formulation.
Liquid Chromatography with Tandem Mass Spectrometry
LC-MS/MS
Used for identity confirmation and trace-level impurity screening where mass-based detection provides higher specificity than UV detection alone.
How We Test
From sample to published certificate.
01
Sample drawn
A representative sample is drawn from the manufactured batch prior to unit packaging.
02
Analytical testing
Samples are tested against the methods listed for the batch’s Certificate of Analysis level (basic, standard, or premium).
03
Report issued
Results are compiled into a Certificate of Analysis with a report number, pass/fail/pending status per test, and issue date.
04
Linked to documentation
The COA is attached to the batch record. Unit verification for that batch resolves to the linked COA automatically.
Quality & Testing Controls
What each control checks.
Identity confirmation
Analytical review confirms that the active ingredient profile aligns with the documented formulation record.
Purity and assay
Quantitative methods report concentration and related-compound findings against the specification listed on the COA.
Batch linkage
Each certificate is attached to a batch number so manufacturing date, expiry date, and unit verification resolve to the same evidence package.
Status control
Pass, fail, pending, revoked, and unavailable states are treated as controlled documentation outcomes.
Result Status
Pass
Result falls within the specification listed for that test.
Result Status
Fail
Result falls outside specification. The batch’s overall COA status reflects any failed test.
Result Status
Pending
Testing is scheduled or in progress; result not yet available.
